Justin Sangha is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of General Innovative Solutions Inc. (GIS). He leads the company's vision of developing intelligent, human-centered technologies that improve everyday life through engineering innovation.
An inventor with multiple patent-pending technologies, Justin specializes in transforming original ideas into commercially viable products across accessibility, sanitation, wellness, and consumer technologies. His work combines scientific research, engineering, manufacturing, and product development to create practical solutions for real-world challenges.
With a background in inorganic physical chemistry and more than two decades of executive leadership and project management experience, Justin brings a multidisciplinary approach to innovation. His focus is on building products that deliver lasting value through thoughtful design, exceptional quality, and meaningful impact.
Kal Malhi
Kal Malhi brings over a decade of capital markets expertise and venture-building experience, with a proven track record of propelling technologies from concept to commercialization. He has founded and led multiple venture and investment firms, raised over $300 million across technology and emerging industries, and incubated more than six startups from inception to public listing. His network of media, university, and advisory partners provides GIS with a strategic foundation for capital raising and scaling.
Sahij Sangha
Sahij Sangha leads go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and commercial development across the Adaptive Sanitation product portfolio. A graduate of the Sauder School of Business at UBC, he brings a data-driven approach to translating engineering into compelling market narratives, and has been instrumental in the launch strategy for the Adaptive Sanitation Platform and the flagship Singhasan™ line.
